This is a fantastic plugin for communicating with your users in a more dynamic way than might have previously been possible.
Simply drop this plugin into your /mu-plugins/ folder and visit Site Admin > Tips to enter in as many different tips – or news / promotions / whatever you choose – and you can always edit, add to or delete them later.
Fully html compatible of course!
